10k Start - 7:30 am - Bamber Valley Elementary

Want a fall race but looking for one that is fast and scenic. Do we have a race for you! First of all, you start at the Rochester International Airport on one of their runways (be careful not to go out of the secured area or you may be in trouble, HSA might nab you, haha).

You then run mostly downhill into Rochester and turn onto the Mayowood Road. Mayowood Road is a historic road lined with old rock walls and beautiful houses. When you get to the end of Mayowood Road you run right past Mayowood Mansion.

Just after this, you cross the Zumbro River bridge and turn onto Mayowood Trail. You follow the trail all the way to the finish line at the Apache Mall.

This course is downhill for the first 6 miles and then flat the last 7 miles as you run along the Zumbro River on the Mayowood Trail.
