Donut Run 2-Mile! July 19th, 10:30am, Byron Middle School
The Donut Run is a unique and fun race for the whole family! There are donuts along the course. who does that?! We do!
Be sure to check out the Donut Deduction chart below, along with some examples and a few of the rules. We'll certainly announce the procedure and rules on race day, but for now, see below.
Rule #1 is HAVE FUN!
Who: All are welcome! The course is also stroller-friendly!

Award Eligibility - Top Male & Top Female 18 & Older / 17 & Younger (You are not eligible to win any awards if you fail to eat any donuts)
Donut Station One Rules
You are allowed to eat unlimited donuts at this station
You must eat at least one donut, or you will not be allowed a donut at Donut Station Two
Make sure a volunteer gives you credit for the quantity of donuts consumed at this station
Donut Station Two Rules:
Maximine Donuts Allowed is 5.. If your goal is 12, eat up at Donut Station One!
Remember, you can not eat any donuts at this station if you failed to eat a donut at Donut Station One
Make sure a volunteer gives you credit for the quantity of donuts consumed at this station
Scoring Examples
If you run a 25-minute 5K - and eat 2 donuts, your final result is as follows: 25:00 - 1:00 = 24:00
If you run a 28-minute 5K - and eat 12 donuts, your final result is as follows: 28:00 - 24:00 = 4:00
Tie Breaker
If we end in a tie - The person who consumed the most donuts wins!
Race Time Limit
The course is open 75 Minutes - Failure to complete in that time results in disqualification
