Are you looking for your next big challenge in 2017?  Here it is!  The 3rd Annual Minnesota Nut House Challenge presented by Active PT & Sports on July 15th & 16th from Soldiers Field Memorial Park, 300 7th St. SW, Rochester, MN 55902 (inside the track)!

Totally Nuts Challenge

• Each participant will receive our signature NHC T-shirt if registered by June 24th
• Each participant will receive a special NHC finishers medal for each race
• Each race will be professionally timed by MTEC Results
• Each race time will accumulate to an overall finishing time after the last race
• Top 3 male & female participants in each age group will receive prizes through select NHC sponsors
• Overall top male & female will receive a TerraLoco prize package!

Half Cracked Challenge

• Each participant will receive our signature NHC T-shirt if registered by June 24th
• Each participant will receive a special NHC finishers medal for each race
• Each race will be professionally timed by MTEC Results
• Each race time will accumulate to an overall finishing time after the last race
• Top 3 male & female participants in each age group will receive prizes through select NHC sponsors
• Overall top male & female will receive a TerraLoco prize package!

Kids Challenge / 1 Mile Challenge presented by ABC & Toy Zone

• The Kids Challenge / 1 Mile Challenge consists of running 1 mile starting 30 minutes before each race of the Nut House Challenge.
• Each runner who signs up for the challenge will receive a $10 gift card to ABC & Toy Zone
• When you register for this Challenge, you are registering one time for three races in two days
• There will be no registration for individual 1 mile runs
• See run schedule below for the Kids Challenge / 1 Mile Challenge run times
• Kids Official Event T-shirts are available for ONLY $7.

Packet Pickup

• Packet pickup will be at TerraLoco on July 14 from 3-8pm (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) or race day packet pickup is also available at race venue.
• Extra T-shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis for people who registered after the deadline

Schedule of events

Saturday, July 15 - MORNING EVENTS:

• Kids Challenge / 1 Mile Challenge starts @ 7:30am
• 10K run starts @ 8am
• Following the 10K, Grand Rounds will provide craft beer for of-age participants.  We will have additional refreshments available

AFTERNOON/EVENING EVENTS:

• Kids Challenge / 1 Mile Challenge starts @ 5:30pm
• 5K run starts @ 6:00 pm
• Craft beer from Grand Rounds!
• Age group and overall Half Cracked awards following the run
• Grand Rounds will sponsor a spaghetti feed from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Soldiers Field ($12) / Kids 5 and Under (free).  A portion of the proceeds will benefit Inheritance of Hope

Sunday, July 16 EVENTS:

• Kids Challenge / 1 Mile Challenge starts @ 7:30am
• 1/2 marathon starts @ 8:00am
• Craft beer from Grand Rounds
• Age group and overall Totally Nuts awards following the run

Hotel Accomodations

• Enjoy all of the runs on the beautiful trail system that Rochester, MN is known for.  A lot of the trails are tree covered
• Aid stations will spread out along each course with water, sports drinks and gels on the 1/2 marathon course
• All of our runs welcome runners, walkers and strollers
• We have a no cutoff time rule, so the walkers can take in the beautiful scenery of Rochester
• Each run will start and finish from the beautiful Soldiers Field Memorial 
• Rochester International Airport is 10 minutes from downtown for anyone flying in from out of state

Triton Events will give a portion of each registration to Inheritance of Hope.  We would love to raise as much money as possible for this wonderful charity, so please consider any additional donations!
